Great video!! Makes me want to learn kung fu!!
The word kung fu simply means "results from skilled, diligent effort". It got co-opted to mean fisticuffs in contemporary times. Many kung fu masters started off as anything but kung fu masters.
The concept of kung fu is also of hope and encouragement: no matter where one is and the circumstances, one can always put in the effort to be better.
